Pizza has changed since it first opened.. and this is now second time I've called 10 times and no one answers :/

Since I've been in town (6 months in town for work) they have had signs saying "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT". I think that must be the case because the reviews haven't been great but all my pizzas have been quality. Not only that they are the only place in town that will do debit on delivery.
